Can I use my account while on Social Envy?

Of course! Our service lets you continue to use your account and post regularly. We will bring in the traffic while you focus on your content!

Are the followers real?

They certainly are! We do not provide instant, fake followers. Instead we provide marketing through hashtag (and other optional targeting and aggressive features) marketing.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, absolutely! For large or custom orders, feel free to contact our support team for assistance. We will do our best to work with you on any and all specific services you require.

What are the free extra features for more growth?

Currently we have two extra aggressive features as below, to use them with an active subscription - just email us!

Follow/Unfollow: We follow accounts, then unfollow the same accounts, this is a very strong method for gaining followers as people have a high chance of following back. Your current follows will be uneffected.

Comments: Great for business, comment on thousands of profiles over time. We simply need what comments you would like to say. We recommend emoji's - these result in a more positive vibe and can be used on absolutely any post, so it's a good way to gain followers.

Can I set my Instagram account to private?

One of the great differences with Social Envy, is that YES - you can have your account on private and our service will still be effective. We do recommend to keep it public for maximized efficiency, however it is not required at all.

If I cancel, will my followers disappear?

No, they will not! The followers you have gained while using Social Envy are yours! Remember - the followers you have gained are following you because they actively choose to, they are showing interest in your profile and who or what you have to offer.

I don't know my target audience?

We have a website that can help you! Check out hashtagsforlikes for popular hashtag related subjects, and remember - we can also target by locations, gender, followers and followings of usernames and more! If you need more help our case manager can setup your targets for you!

Can I change my username?

You certainly can, however please email us when you do so, to prevent any interruptions in service :)

Do I put hashtags on my posts? What else can I do for my Instagram?

Yes! We always encourage leaving a block of hashtags from hashtagsforlikes as the first comment of your posts. This will give you more likes, and engagement in general!

Here's a few extra tips:
1). Checkout our blog! www.socialenvy.co/blog for tips and tricks to really optimize your posting.
2). Post the first comment of every post you make with hashtags relating to the subject. We strongly advise the usage of hashtagsforlikes as you will also get more likes on your posts.
3). Post between 7pm and 9pm local time, as this is a good coverage time.

Billing & Subscription

Can I change the PayPal account I pay with?

At this time, you are unable to change the PayPal account. We recommend contacting us, and we can cancel your current package, then you can resubscribe on a new PayPal account.

How can I change or upgrade my plan?

Simply e-mail us with what plan you would like to swap to! Please be aware PayPal & Stripe does not allow us to change payments 72 hours within a scheduled subscription payment.

How can I cancel my subscription?

There are two very easy ways to do this! You can simply click here to cancel your PayPal account, or email us and we can cancel for you for eihter PayPal or Stripe!

Why is my payment suspended?

This has occurred due to insufficient funds or payment method in PayPal, please ensure the funds are available or there is a correct payment method attached (PayPal). If there is both, please contact PayPal or Stripe as there may be an issue!

Your service will remain un-interrupted while this is fixed.
